Where we ship

We ship across Italy and to the European Union countries listed at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Italy takes 2–4 working days from dispatch; international deliveries may take longer.

You'll receive your tracking code by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs €10 (VAT included) within Italy and €20 (VAT included) to other European Union countries. You choose the destination in the cart and the cost is shown before you confirm payment.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, by writing to info@oramiracle.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(e)).

Refunds, including standard delivery costs, are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, email info@oramiracle.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
