Terms of sale

1. Seller

Products are sold by Ora Miracle, VAT no. 04550560983, email info@oramiracle.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern the distance selling of the products shown on oramiracle.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted them.

3. Products and prices

Product features are described on each product page. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.

The price charged is the one in effect when the order is placed.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when payment is completed on Stripe's secure page. The customer receives a confirmation email with the order summary.

For orders of more than 5 units of the same product, you can contact us for a dedicated offer.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, times and costs are set out on the Shipping and returns page and at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery under articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), as described on the Shipping and returns page.

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons (art. 59(1)(e)).

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. To make a claim, email info@oramiracle.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

9. Product use

The products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the warnings on the packaging. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by the Consumer Code.
