Data we process and why

Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone and, if provided, tax code, to perform the sales contract and meet tax obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).

Contact requests: name, email and message, to reply to you (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Browsing data: anonymous technical data collected by our servers and our cookieless analytics tool, to keep the site running and secure (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Processors

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. for payments; Resend for transactional emails; our hosting provider. Payment details are processed exclusively by Stripe.

Some providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years to meet tax obligations; contact request data for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@oramiracle.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
